Drawing on Asian traditions from centuries ago, Zenspa has created health and skincare remedies using pure essential oils, herbs and spices with ancient curative powers. Using these natural therapies and their skills in the tactile arts, our therapists devote themselves entirely to the physical and spiritual well being of our guests. Appointments & Cancellations

Advanced booking is recommended so you can secure your preferred date and time of treatment. You can either call by phone or send us an email to book your appointment. As a courtesy for other guests, if you know there is simply no way you could squeeze in your spa treatment, please kindly call us to reschedule your appointment. Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and understand that treatments will be shortened to end on time in order to not inconvenience the next guest if you arrive late.
Zenspa's signature package - Ultimate Indulgence, requires 24-hour advance booking with your credit card number. A 12-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Spa Etiquette & Precautions

To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Zenspa, we respectfully request visitors to keep noise to a minimum and dedicate your time at our spa retreat to complete relaxation of your body, spirit and mind. Switching off mobile phones disconnects you from the world, if only just for a few hours, and helps to take your mind off worldly concerns. Out of consideration for other guests, please refrain from smoking while within the spa premises. Please consult your doctor before booking spa services and be sure to notify the receptionist should you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin allergies, other ailments or if you are pregnant. We suggest you leave valuables in the safe provided. While we endeavor to look after your belongings, we do not assume liability for loss of valuables.
