Thomas Lim holds a PhD in Holistic Nutrition and is a Doctor of Naturopathy. He has been trained since 1987 in Australia in clinical aromatherapy, Reiki and Hatha Yoga and holds professional membership with the Australian Yoga Teachers Association, the Australian Association of Aromatherapists and the American Institute of Alternative Medicine. Being one of the founding members and the Vice-President of the Hong Kong Academy of Aromatherapy, he is also a column writer of new age thoughts and alternative medicine for a number of leading magazines and newspapers in Hong Kong.
